What a wow! Is how I would like to start off with my complimentary, no words can explain the service Lesedi gave me as I am also in sales and I’m not easy to please. She is definitely a closer because she knows her product and she is very active and doesn’t get irritated when you ask to many questions as I was the 1st time buyer but she pretty much covered everything I needed to know and also gave me a sample pack to start of with I’m really great full and keep up the good work Lesedi.

What an amazing company ACS promotions is. Their staff is very good and their have an awesome service I am definitely coming back for more because even with their products wow I'm speechlessly happy. Mirella has been the one helping me since day one I reached out to her wanting to start a small business for my self and she held my hand until I made my first purchase and today I'm coming back for the second time and definitely coming back for more again. ACS you are the best for me. Thank you so much.

ACS Robbery on exchange request due to email miscommunication.
I had numerous back and forth email correspondence with a sales rep regarding an order which was fulfilled, however, the bottles received were not the expected design of bottle as my initial query was for square 200ml bottle or a round 200ml bottle, the bottles received were 100ml long cylindrical - completely not the same design at all and i did not realize this at any point in our correspondence. I have requested to exchange the bottles received for the original 200ml bottles but this company is now wanting to charge an extra R500 although I have advised that I will top up for the change in price between the 100ml and 200ml bottles. This is daylight robbery as I was clear about the type of bottle I am looking for and sent a screenshot from their website of it. Why am i being charged a fee when i want to do an exhange and not a refund??? Daylight robbery, i have not seen these products in person and images can be misleading, i should have the right to exchange without random additional charges made up

Dear Gabi, Dylan, Bryan, Lesedi and Team, I’ve been in the fragrance industry since 2011, I've had numerous suppliers, i.e. packaging, oils and alcohol. I've had so many challenges in my perfume business since 2011 and lockdown had it's own difficulties. I felt the need to write you a letter to thank you, since doing business with you I've had no need to shop around. You are truly a "One-stop-shop". I now order my beautiful bottles, fantastic long lasting oils and perfume blend from you. It's made my life so much easier and simpler. I’ve been buying from various supplier i.e. Ross & Foxwell, Fourchem, Bonpak and Natchem (Packaging, Oils and Alcohol). Having to deal with so many different suppliers, makes it difficult to pin point blame should a problem occur. I’ve only recently (16 August 2022) started dealing with your company, I’m currently buying all my packaging and Scentech 1030 from you, I’m replacing oils with yours as it runs out, which has been very rapid since I’ve started doing business with your company. I’m so excited to be doing business with ACS as I’ve seen a threefold increase in my business. The service i receive from your staff, Lesedi, Bryan and your warehouse team, makes it such a pleasure doing business with you. I remember my first phone call to you and Dylan, where I was ready to throw in the towel to now being so excited and looking forward to a journey with ACS. Bryan is very helpful, knows his stuff and is always ready and willing to assist. I love the fact that he keeps me posted on new arrivals and always ready with a sample. From negative clients to happy clients in less than 2 months, I actually received a complaint that the perfume is too strong and lasts too long… what a lovely problem to have, honestly. You guys are dynamic and I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Best Wishes.

Bad service and refusing to refund me
I bought bottles and oils from this company and when I arrived home I realized that the bottles need a special machine to seal them. So I called the company to tell them that I want to return the bottles since I don't have that machine and can't afford it at the moment. Brian told me that they are going to charge me R500 for returning the products. My problem here is that when I made the payment Brian never told me about this policy and it's also not on their website or receipt. They only stated that I only have 3 days to return the products and they are still in your their original packaging. This company is scamming people and should read the consumer act.

Another call from this company and this is the email I sent to them to give you an idea of what happened. First off all- If you are so busy with calls and emails from the hospitals how is it that you had time to call me back and have the absolute audacity to mock me and call me a *****. This is slander firstly. Secondly, how am I to know that you are supplying hospitals. I only came across your company today withing my research. And no you are not trying to save the country with that attitude. Shame on me as you said? Shame on you for not being able to help your customers with the same and equal respect. Thirdly, you kept cutting me off instead of letting me finish you wouldve known that I needed more than 20. I was looking for a qoute for about 100 to 200 bottles depending on you minimum order size. I wanted a few of each sizes or shapes but real companies usually send that information before swearing at their customers and being an outright rude arrogant person. I will again post this conversation on hello Peter and Google reviews as I will warn everyone on what type of people you are. I shouldnt even have to justify myself as you didn't even let me speak, instead you called, mocked me and called me a little ***** and didn't even let me speak.
