Scam NCR states that no money must be paid in advance to a credit provider. It's a violation of the credit regulator

After paying a fee of R8500 to this company to proceed with a loan application They suddenly ask for a R 12170 for a unsecured loan. I offered to pay money in by a attorney to guarantee there money they refused. Got a letter from there attorney from Ukraine, I followed up on company website to find they never wrote a letter addressed to me and the letter was false. This company is a scam . NCR has been notified and instruction is to pay no money to them
