Illegal harrassment
Illegal Harrassment Two years ago my stepdad passed away. He had an account with the named company. I myself went around with his death certificate to all his creditors including to the owner of this company so as to inform them of the passing away of my stepdad. The owner of Adams Mens Outfitters is now calling my mom demanding payment and harrassing her continually although she was not responsible for any payments as my stepdad had this account way before they got married 3 years ago. She is an eighty year old pensioner and can't afford to make payments and is very upset about this harrassment.
