A small component on one of their swivel mops broke rendering it useless. I decided to try calling them but with zero expectation of success. They put me through to the correct department and asked me to forward a photograph. Tt They had it in stock, delivered it to my home in the CBD within a few days, refused payment for it and gave me a spare just in case. Now that is what is called top-notch service.
