Absolute disgusting service from Michelle John. We scheduled to view 56a Mandeville Place, in Mandeville road Bryanston on Sunday 23rd July, with a CONFIRMED EMAIL and phone call to let her know we were coming, and not only does she not answer the intercom, she does not answer any of my calls or even call me back. Surely you see a missed call? Even if you didn’t hear the intercom, possibly you were showing someone else the home, however after waiting outside for over 30 minutes, calling Michelle numerous times.

Your company is pathetic and she doesn’t deserve her job. Congratulations, I will never deal with your company or Michelle John again.
