Do not ever use this company. They are **** artists. I would not even give them a 1-star rating, but it's the least is available. DO NOT ever sign anything with them, the least of all a SASFin agreement. Our service from them was shocking, we cancelled our agreement after 3 months. They came and collected all the equipment, but SAsfin would not release us from our contract. Essentially, we paid R60k for a service and equipment that was not working, which amounts to corporate theft. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My late husband, Jakkie Glad (the former director of ABDI) signed a contract with Laudin Cloete on the 15th of August 2018 for renting advanced Telkom network equipment. However, Jakkie send numerous emails starting soon after, to them complaining about the landlines not working and calls not coming through due to poor network connections. This resulted in poor customer service, because our customers could not reach us, they thought the shop was closed and we couldn’t issue invoices on time because of the poor network. I have contacted Laudin on … to inform him about the passing away of my husband and he said that I should settle the account and pay R17 826.81 asap as we still have another 11 months contract. So, I told him that it was unfair of him to make such request since there was no feedback on the complaints that were laid on numerous occasions when Jakkie was still alive. My business is not doing so well and I can’t afford to pay such a big amount of money. They cheated on me because they never bothered to assist my husband when he needed them and now they want money from me because he is not here to speak for himself. My request is for them to come and remove the equipment and cancel the contract with immediate effect as I cant afford to pay the outstanding balance. The business is not doing well since my husband passed on as he was the one running the business, doing the electrical jobs and a breadwinner. If requested the signed contract from Laudin on numerous occasions, without getting any feedback from him or Advanced Telecoms. This is extremely poor customer service from them and unacceptable. This issue has gone on for far too long!!

Very disappointed. They arrived at our business in 2018 claiming the phone lines needed to be upgraded, no other explanation. They managed to sign us into a 5 year contract which we can not get out of. This was never explained to us, we were simply asked to sign and initial each page thinking we were dealing with Telkom. Our clients could never reach us on our phone's landline after that because constantly the "network is unavailable" so no phone since moving over to the "new lines"... We were supposed to "save money" with the new lines but today we are paying R864.84 for wifi when the contract amount was R650 monthly? Advanced Telecoms' sales people need training and TARA who works in the accounts department needs a course on customer liaison asap. I asked for an updated statement and invoices as (since 2018) I have not received 1 invoice and need to update my accounts system. I get a mail attachment referring me to wesbank legal - are you serious? I was not even disputing anything. This is how you deal with clients you debit monthly? DO NOT GET YOUR LINES UPGRADED IT'S RUBBISH and a con to sign you into a 5 year deal and arrogant staff.

PLEASE EVERY ONE READ THIS BEFORE YOU CONSIDER THIS **** The reason they can give you these "great" prices cheaper than Telkom is because you get phones, but they rarely work so you will not get calls so you don't have to pay a receptionist because there is no calls to answer, you have to get an alternative phone like Econo-phones like I did just so that you can phone out. Then My billing for 2 Months that they ran debit orders for calculates to R15 825.15 I signed for R1840 per month 31 Dec 2019 MRF HYP004-M - R5 893.75 Description MRF HYP004-M Transaction date 31 December 2019 Amount - R5 893.75 10 Dec 2019 ADV TELCOMAdv Telcoms ... - R6 044.40 Description Hyperformance Auto Centre Transaction date 10 December 2019 Amount - R6 044.40 Transaction type Payment (Debit Order) Reference number 2388647709 29 Nov 2019 MRF HYP004-M - R1 840.00 Description MRF HYP004-M Transaction date 29 November 2019 Amount - R1 840.00 21 Nov 2019 MRF HYP004-M - R920.00 Description MRF HYP004-M Account number 1472007980 Transaction date 21 November 2019 Amount - R920.00 Transaction type Payment (Debit Order) Reference number 9889191121000048 21 Nov 2019 MRF HYP004-M - R1 127.00 Description MRF HYP004-M Transaction date 21 November 2019 Amount - R1 127.00 Transaction type Payment (Debit Order) Reference number 9889191121000050

Not even worth a 1 star rating. Pathetic after sales service, no communication at all.
