First we called '+27 81 350 7589' the number we found on the site to find out if we could secure a slot for the 'Quad Biking Melkbos' but then we were told there are a few slots available for the selected date and we should make a booking online first, so they can secure the bikes for us. We went on the site 'http://adventure-bookings.co.za' (site is not secure, we only realized late because we were so excited) to make a 'Quad Biking Melkbos' booking for 2 then emailed the proof of payment to 'info@adventure-bookings.co.za', 3 days later 'Ruan Carstens' replied very oddly replying he cannot help us. We tried calling the number to find out why since we were initially told we should first make a booking but now after we emailed in the proof of payment we cannot be helped. The first-time we called he told us he is at the shops and will call us back and we asked him on which number and he said the first few numbers of the phone number which we were calling him from at the time, so we waited - no call came through. So we sent follow up emails to find out what was happening but we got no response to date. We called in using the same number that they can recall we got no answer to this day. NB: Address is not a building but a open space - something we did not realize until it was late We were UNLUCKY but to those reading this review you can avoid this - STAY AWAY!

<p>I bought a voucher 2 years ago from adventurebookings.co.za. I spent a considerable amount of money on it. The voucher is valid for 3 years. When I tried to redeem it I cannot get hold of anyone, The phone numbers all don't exist and my email was returned as undeliverable. The website has shut down.</p> <p> </p> <p>I suspect the company has closed down and I will not be able to get my money back. Can anyone please help me?! This is unacceptable from adventurebookings.co.za as effectively they have now stolen my money. Does anyone know how I can possible get hold of them to claim my money back?</p>

<p>We booked an adventure through Adventure Bookings in 2013 - this was unfortunately my husbands 50th birthday gift. Because my husband was traveling a lot, he could only start making use of this voucher in the last half of 2015. This voucher expired on 16 May 2016, and we have been trying to get hold of Adventure Bookings to book a date since last year. We never get a proper reply from these people. In January they replied to an email I sent from their website, which is still operating.</p> <p>After numerous telephone calls and emails being sent, I have now realised that they still want you to book through their website, because then you pay by using EFT, but after that you don't hear from them again.</p> <p>Be very careful, they are sharks! Please don't make use of them! We have lost all the money we paid them!</p>

After buying a super-car track voucher as a gift for my Boyfriend's Birthday, and trying to redeem voucher for over a week with NO luck... I am now placed in the embarrassing predicament where i possibly loose my R4 000.00 and have to tell my Boyfriend the voucher is not valid?! Luckily i was able to contact the supplier - who were extremely helpful and informed me that i was not the first customer to complain and have the hassel of getting hold of adventure bookings. I have left adventure bookings messages and emails - with no response. Very disappointed and let down :(

Paid for a voucher, but can't get hold of ANYONE to redeem said voucher. Looking at all the complaints and non response from the supplier, I guess i can write that money off?? Is there nothing else that can be done????

I am very disappointed with Adventure Bookings, I have been trying to reach them since October 2015 to redeem my Super Car track experience and I have had no response to my voicemails or my emails. The numbers I try calling are always off, engaged or go to voicemail. I want a response or my money back - as this was not cheap.
