Affiliate.co.za, the king of horrid service

I have just crawled out of a telephone call with an agent who only identified himself as Patrick. He was ruthless in telling me how completely stupid I was for not collecting people's ID numbers on my platform. He spat words that made my stomach turn and my head do a headstand. I have never been undressed and spat on by a call center agent like that before. He was so offensive in his tone, so rude - he was on the verge of going on a vulgar-spewing spree. He called my website, https://adnest.co.za/ completely stupid. He said it would be better off dead and wiped off the face of the internet. I am hurt and deeply disappointed.
