Affordable Borehole rip off

The service provider claimed he could clean out my borehole, He asked for a deposit first , paid it and his guys came and did poor service using Fong Kong equipment.they were adiment it was clean, so I took their word for it. After putting the borehole pump back in.. to my surprise it was not clean, I had to get a professional drilling company in to clean it out.He promised to refund me my deposit , every month I contact him and its been over 6 months now , but to no avil he does not answer.nor pay me back my deposit
