Disappointed

I'm very disappointed at the service. I bought the car begging of February 2022. Until today I dont have papers. The attendant Damien has been promising me emptyingly so to SenD dOcuments via email.To my surprise today he goes like the documents are stuck in the outbox.

I feel like there is a fraud of some sort.

I need help
