Phones at Ackermans

I would never recommend anyone to buy phones at ackermans because i returned it 3 days after buying it without a scratch or something but with a technical fault of battery percentage moving so fast but they refused to take it back or atleast exchange it so i don't want anyone to come across what i went through.
