EXTREMY UNPROFESSIONAL- AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I had a terrible experience with Lizelle from Afgesonder vir Hom and I’m sharing this to warn other brides and customers.

She was supposed to make my kitchen tea dress – what I got was a complete mess. The lace wasn’t even cut out properly, it was just tacked on. She handed the dress over last-minute, and my mother-in-law had to fix it completely – moving the sleeves, adding lace, and basically redoing it.

Still, I gave her another chance and asked her to make my wedding dress. That was a huge mistake. She made three different dresses, and none of them looked anything like the picture I gave her. Every time I tried to meet for fittings or corrections, she had an excuse. One week before my wedding, I was left without a wearable dress.

I told her I wanted a refund – she only refunded R200 and I’m still waiting for the rest.

To make things worse, she also made my mother-in-law’s dress for the wedding, and again, it looked nothing like what was requested.

This business cuts corners, uses as little lace as possible, and clearly lacks professionalism, time management, and care for such important occasions. Afgesonder vir Hom caused me unnecessary stress and financial loss in what should have been a joyful time.

Please, do not trust her with your special day.
