Useless Nail and Beauty Salon

I had made an appointment for 19 December to have my brows done at A.Fox beauty salon. Due to an urgent family emergency I had to cancel my appointment 1hour before. The lady then responds saying unfortunately they will not will be able to assist me in the future should I want to make another appointment??? I mean really, how pathetic is that. Do they not want business?? I asked them for their disclaimer or cancellation policy and they could not provide me with any.

It was my first time booking and will never book with them. I am sure there is another brow salon in town where they will be more than happy to assist me. A.Fox Studio based in FAIRMOUNT CENTER you are pathetic!
