AfriWheels refuse to comply to statutory act after vehicle bought from them broke down within 10 days from receiving

My son bought a secondhand car from AfriWheels in Montana Pretoria the 22nd of Nov 2025, the car gave problems within 10 days from receiving and went into limp mode from overheating, the the car was taken back to them for repair and they refused to do anything and only stored it at the premisses of CV Masters in Pretoria for inspection up to now but they did not attempt to do anything and there is currently no communication for more then a month from their side regarding the repair or refunding us for the total amount paid, ******** charge against them has been laid against them at Sinoville Police Station, because the current km,s on speedometer also differs with 100 000km,s from the ones recorded by ENATIS
