I want my money back

Device never received.

I made application for cellphone in may before 15 may 2025 and they did not deduct on the 15 of May 2025

I phoned them after 15 May to ask why they didn't deduct they said no funds was found on the account while funds are there.

I wrote the email and whatsapp to them the on the other to cancel the contract no response recieved.

They deducted R962 on June. I told them and wrote email that i no longer need the device no response they only told me that the matter is escalated.

They deducted again on july i did the same thing to write email and whatsapp no response so i decided to phone them. They said no cancellation received. I have several email sent to them no response.

I phoned pargo who is their courier guy and the told me that the parcel was lost they were ******. Noone ever updated me.

Because i was now trying to collect the parcel because im getting debited every month.

Till today no parcel received no clear communication recieved. Si would never recommend anyone for Africamobile ****
