BAD SERVICE

After staying at this establishment for 5 months now, my colleagues and i have experienced several issues ranging from clothes being 'misplaced' and never being found to being stranded at the airport. Firstly, the owner has kids running the establishment.They have no clue about customer service or hospitality with one passing on the blame to other.Lack of communication is astounding. In this instance,I had needed to go back to the office because i had forgotten an item that i needed in order for me to work and i had asked the girl who was on duty at that point to arrange with the driver.She said that he was very busy at the moment and would try to take me later on. Which i understood.I told her i will try again in 2 hours.However upon a stroll around the establishment, i noticed that he was actually not busy at all. He was in fact busy socializing. 2 hours later, he was still socializing. So i go to the girl and ask if he would take me and she then says, no she doesn't think so. I did not complain or argue as i know complaining at this establishment gets you nowhere. We have tried before.The only efficient thing about the establishment are the cleaners who do an extremely good job
