Lady at guest house unprofessional

<p>On the afternoon 26June 2016. I am deeply disappointed in the service provided by Leane at African moon Corporate Geust house. I paid R950.00 only to find the Dstv channel I asked in the morning which Leane said was available. Only to find out after i paid there was NO channels  as per my request in the morning on Dstv. After phone calls and messages and email  I got my refund on Monday. No apology letter.</p>
