THE MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE

The products are OK, but the service is outstandingly bad!! Only half of my order was delivered almost two weeks ago and i have tried to contact the business repeatedly on whatsapp chatting to the useless AI, 3 emails, two phone calls and 3 text messages. No one got back to me for almost a week when I started called continuously. I have since been told 3 times that they were going to look into the matter but i have had to chase them each day for feedback, Still no feedback and no oil delivered. No one has this time to follow up repeatedly on their order. They took happily my R2500+ for the order upfront but are making no effort to get me the rest of the order.
