I received a message today regarding a third party claim. Apparently Hollard Insurance appointed ARS to assist in this matter. I have not had an accident so this is a ****. They have tried to call but fortunately Truecaller ID alerted me to the ****. Do not engage with these people.

The treatment I have received while processing my recent insurance claim has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. These people don't know the value of a customer. They keep sending clueless *********** people to assist. The claim dates back to October 2023! Yet to be solved. This was not even my fault. Someone bumped into my car and admitted guilt, but what do I get from these guys, it's shallow! They make it my fault that someone recklessly bumped into me. These are just not good people and I hope I am not receiving bad service because of my race.

The treatment I have received while processing my recent insurance claim has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. These people don't know the value of a customer. They keep sending clueless *********** people to assist. The claim dates back to October 2023! Yet to be solved. This was not even my fault. Someone bumped into my car and admitted guilt, but what do I get from these guys, it's shallow! They make it my fault that someone recklessly bumped into me. These are just not good people and I hope I am not receiving bad service because of my race.

I would like to commend Adel Myburgh in your liabilities department for her excellent service. She always settles our matters expeditiously and goes above and beyond for us. We need more people like her in the industry. She is indeed a great asset to your company. It's always a great pleasure dealing with her!!!

Absolutely pathetic services, no correspondence, no replies to emails, always one story after the other, blamed for an accident that was caused by their client, and after being promised numerous times that I would be paid out. I was told that the amount is a negative figure and that I should sort out my own damages to my vehicle. This company is robbing people, have not read one success story, contact me, if we can all get together and take on this company. We cant just let things slide anymore. Absolutely pathetic services, no correspondence, no replies to emails, always one story after the other, blamed for an accident that was caused by their client, and after being promised numerous times that I would be paid out. The legal malpractise of this company seems to have a persisting consistency. I too have experienced a gross mishandling of my claim. A solution for those who have valid claims that were errornouesly handled is a class action suit. We get 20 or more people who are dissatisfied with the handling of their issue were there is a sufficient merit to their claim, I volunteer to institute legal proceedings pro bono. Such a disgusting service these people offer. One minute they promise to offer a settlement, the next minute they request that i must go around sourcing for quotes. Again, there's Bernice who doesn't respond to emails and her boss who tolerates her behaviour. Is this how they rob people? I was in an incident, which was caused by the other party but African Recovery Solutions would treat you like the wrong one and frustrate you even more. I'm beyond frustrated by this company and the way they conduct their business

Absolutely horrified at the service I have been receiving from this company. I get no response to my emails. Get told that on a certain date I will have an update regarding my third party claim and then just don’t hear anything. The accident was on the 12th of January and my car has still not been fixed because the claim has not been seen to. We are now on month 4 and in the interim my car is enduring more damage due to exposed areas of the car and rain. This is pathetic.

I had a third-party claim, The person I dealt with was extremely unprofessional and rude (Bernice). She does not respond to emails and is one sided in their investigations. I provided 2 witnesses to the accident and reported the matter to the police immediately after the accident. After battling for six months to come to an amicable agreement based on the facts on the table with Bernice and ARS I had to resort to legal action against the third party. The accident was a simple case where the driver of the vehicle transgressed traffic laws and caused the accident. Only when I took legal action at additional cost to me the third party instructed ARS to resolve the issue. It was also clear that the third party previously at the start of the matter instructed them to resolve the matter ASAP as they were extremely surprised that the matter was not yet resolved. But ARS deemed it prudent to frustrate the matter, delay the matter at all cost and no will to engage constructively to resolve the matter. Eventually the claim was settled for about 90% of the original claim this also after ARS first made an insulting offer of around 60% which I rejected at further legal costs. Funny thing though ARS deducted 25% of cost of parts from my claim for the age of the car but failed to do so for the third-party car. Very painful and irritating experience. My advice to anyone dealing with ARS and third-party claims is to seek legal advice ASAP otherwise you will be frustrated at all costs.
