After booking a flight session through Daddy Deals and arranging for a photo and video package with African Skyline scheduled for December 9th, it has come to my attention that despite the elapsed time since February 26th, the video has yet to be received. Following an email inquiry, which also involved Daddy Deals, I received a WhatsApp response from the head pilot, Abdul, stating, ''Since your complaint is to daddys deals- whom you did not purchase a video from- i suggest you get the feedback from them. We are past trying to get compliments from Your kind… i think its an indian thing. However, i will grt in touch with kzn and provide feedback. Id really like to watch the video myself to see what your experience was like.
The subsequent message expressed a reluctance to pursue compliments, citing a potential cultural misunderstanding, and highlighted a willingness to contact the relevant party for feedback. The lack of video delivery has left me thoroughly disappointed with the service provided, prompting me to suggest that Daddy Deals should implement follow-up procedures with their service providers to ensure a more satisfactory customer experience in the future.
