African Skylines.....No refund after failure to produce goods paid for in advance.

I was gifted a voucher for a 1 hour flight training. This went well. However, I paid an extra R400 for a photograph and video of the event. I have not received my video after months of requests to both the owner (Abdul) and his wife (Waseela). No refund was forthcoming either.
