African unity have been deducting the pensioners money from 2022 till now.when I did the reasech about this company pensioners a the victim . My Mother went to sassa looking for a statement and help how to find this company,she got nothing nor help nothing. Their numbers is 086 1234555 or 021 180 4725

Take your money but don't pay out claims
I was decalerd disabled by doctor but my company owner wrote out the ui19 before I was which said I resign so now they don't wanna pay because of ui19 the doctor letter stating i am disabled means nothing to them Worst experience in my life

Bad bad bad
Its been an hour that my policy has not been updated as active.My son is dying of a toothache and they dont wana uplift my status,This matter is serios as i need to take my child to dentist. My policy still show suspended after i already made a double payment on 31st. This place is bad

African Unity funeral policy is a ****, all other funeral covers have paid us and they keep on making excuses because they don’t want to pay out. We already buried our mother and they are still making it hard for us to get a pay out, at 1st they said only one document is missing, we sent that and today again they are saying some documents are missing. Please do not take anything with them, go for companies like Hollard because they paid within a few hours!!!

African Unity funeral policy is a ****, all other funeral covers have paid us and they keep on making excuses because they don’t want to pay out. Disappointed customer
They don't even deserve 1 star, they are behind day1 health insurance ,please keep away from these people ,pathetic service , tak my money every month ,don't even bother to explain the brochures properly, at this point thinking to get my lawyers involved
