Excellency in service
Am always been helped by Ntombi the receptionist,wow,she replies to my requests within a twickle of an eye,she is indeed an asset at afrimedics, real face of the company ,keep it up Ntombi.

Worst Service
Never trust these people especially Marie, she is the biggest **** in that company. They are very happy to take your money, but never deliver. I lost a client because of them. I've been waiting for a refund for weeks and I don't think I will ever get it. They are literally ****ming people.

Worst Service

Stay away
Ordered and paid for an oxygen concentrator. promised 1-2 weeks. After 4 weeks, many emails and empty promises requested a refund. Promised immediate refund, yet no joy. Requested call from CEO, no response. Stay away they have no ethical business practices. Although they are supplying life support equipment, they do not care for their customers.

WORST MEDICAL SALES COMPANY
Absolutely appauling service from this company, as a Dr I have ordered a blood pressure machine, its been 2 weeks and no delivery. During the course of this timeline, I have been promised delivery on 2 occasions, all lies. I will never make the mistake of ordering or supporting them again, what an inconvenience. Horrible service, now patient's blood pressure cannot be checked because of this long wait.

Poor after sales service
I bought a sonar machine from Afrimedics. I paid and received the sonar machine 3 weeks ago. I am happy with the sonar machine, but struggling to get an invoice out of the company for tax purposes. The after sales service is pathetic.

Professional service encountered with Afrimedics
This was my first time ordering goods and equipment from Afrimedics and I placed my order with the Cape Town branch. They are very professional: from me placing my order, through to the follow-up, enquiries, payment, invoicing and collection of my items. Their pricing is also extremely competitive. I will certainly recommend this company to anybody in the health and beauty profession. Thank you for a great first experience from The Body Zone.

Pathetic. Zero customer service.
Is it possible to give zero stars? Absolutely utterly pathetic. Despite numerous deliveries over three weeks, they still haven't fulfilled a delivery which was promised to be completed in "2 tO 5 wOrKiNG DaYs'. It is genuinely shocking that such a useless company continues to exist.
