I am still in awe of Friday nights at Cuisine Afrique Fire Grill(Cuisine Afrique Restaurant ). The evening was a culmination of tastes and experiences that words can’t describe. The creativity of Christoff Goosen and his staff shines through in every dish, with flavours and presentations that are simply culinary art on a plate. The warm and welcoming atmosphere fosters friendships and creates a memorable experience. Christoff’s passion for people, his guests, his staff, his work, and food is evident in every visit. Whether it’s a meal or an event at Afrique Boutique Hotel, you’ll never forget the experience. You’ll never enjoy another restaurant after this one.

My experience with this hotel was very bad, I booked a hotel for my friend baby shower. Paid for the venue as well as the buffet. The baby shower was supposed to take place on the 3rd of July 2021,however because of the lockdown that didn't happen. On the 28.06.2021 after the Presidential address I sent them an email requesting a refund they refused saying that I must postpone for a later date after the lockdown, advised them I cannot as the baby is due soon. Now they are taking me from pillar to post regarding my refund.

i had the most traumatic experience staying at this hotel i witnessed the owner assaulting a black man with a fire arm on his head i have never seen such a degree of racism displayed anyway in my life .the owner of the hotel Mr Goosen has no respect for anyone if they are not white the owner had his security to even lock me out of the hotel despite being a resident and lawfully booked in my luggage and personal property was taken from me and i had to then find alternate accommodation i have still not received my personal property from them as yet . i will not advise any tourist or persons who are of a differ ant skin color to book at this hotel. they are an embarrassment to our democracy .

On Sunday we went for a lunch at the Cuisine Afrique Restaurant. What a wonderful experience, from the moment we arrived until we walked out of the door we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. The service was impeccable, the food delicious and the prices reasonable, with an amazing wine list. I will definitely be going there again.

I booked for 10 days with this hotel.via their representative Afri Stay spoke to one of their consultants and was informed this is a 5star hotel also on internet. Paid 50 percent of my stay payment agreed to pay balance on the end of stay all agreed. Not aware of any cancellation policy. Anyway checked from the 21st till the 2nd July. From the start i was not happy. Not a 5 star hotel. The dnt have a tub as per request. Then it was changed to another room with no microwave or bar fridge as informed. What you see on the internet is not what it looks like in person. Promised with microwave and bar fridge.also room keept flooding. Service poor and very bad no breakfast was provided although they where informed about my breakfast. So i decided after my first night. To cancel all my accomodation with them as i was not happy. They said I could cancel and I have to pay the balance before I leave. When I had already paid them 7000 In advance. They said I could not leave until the balance of the rest of the accomodation money is paid full . Threatened me I could not leave as the balance has to be paid in full as there policy is full payment which I was not aware of. After stressing for hours eventually gave them an extra R1000. Even insisted Ileave my jewellery for security which is unreasonable an pethetic. I would never recommend anyone to use them after my experience. Very bad definately not a 5 star rating hotel, Manager was very an arrogant has no poor management s****s.
