Bad survey site, stay away !!!!!!!!

Hi,I've been trying to request a payout for the past 7 days without success, my withdrawal goes through processing then get rejected after a while, so I tried changing to mobile top up and that option does not go through at all it's get rejected immediately I would like to get help as I've sent got the response that they will look into my issue, but until today nothing is happening Email jardomarn@gmail.com
