Terrible Service
I've been dealing with this company since last year and the service has always been shoddy, inconsistent and never meets deadlines but they demand full payment upfront. I'm the kind of person who likes giving people the benefit of the doubt because I feel & believe we all deserve a chance to prove ourselves over time. Ironic, because it's quite contrary to what customers do in our business. About a month ago, I gave them quite a bit of work for our flyers, banners etc for the festive period so we can have ads out on time, paid them upfront and to date we are still waiting for our designs, some events have even past to say the least. They don't even take my calls any longer. Please think twice before dealing with Branden and his team.
