It will help if the guy in charge at the Herm**** Agrimark pays attention to what his doing and NOT waste my time. I asked for Lawn dressing and he packed in 4 x bags of potting soil. Is it now for me to put my spectacles on to actually check and do his job for him???. WASTING MY time!. The bags are too heavy to pack in my car by myself and return to the shop!!. HOPELESS and he has attitude too!!

Ordered a Leatherman from AgriMark Paarl on Friday. Called on Saturday to check progress — the person I spoke to couldn’t reach their supplier or warehouse but promised to call back on Monday. They didn’t. Emailed twice. No reply. Called again on Tuesday and was sent through a small telephone obstacle course — one person after another, each less informed than the last. The final number, supposedly for “online shopping”, just rang out and went dead. Emailed again. Silence. Today, the courier messaged to say the item wasn’t ready and collection had been postponed again — after AgriMark had finally confirmed, five days later, that it was “ready for pickup.” If this is AgriMark’s version of online shopping, it might be time to return to selling feed and fertiliser, because the basics of customer service clearly didn’t make it onto the truck.

I visited the store on Monday 25 November 2024. I experienced terrible customer service from the lady at the clothes department; also her language skills are just very unprofessional and she wasn't able to assist me with a request; she phioned a manager and asked him to assist the "adamant" customer. Needless to say, I experienced the same unfriendliness and hostile attitude from the manager in the office. This team still needs to learn, it is not what you say, but how you say it!

Maybe it was just bad luck for me, but I will never order anything online at Agrimark again! I ordered just a Stanley 450ml Travel mug Two weeks went by and I received no order update from them. I emailed the help email adress. NO REPLY I phoned the office, they gave me the number for the online department. Called several times, few hours apart. NO ANSWER Phoned one number after another to get hold of the personal cell number of the person dealing with online orders. So he said he will check whats going on and phone me back immediately and I will get an email that says he created a ticket for me. Hours went by and NOTHING. I phoned him again and he told me it was the system..... One of the nearby stores is going to send the travel mug to them and then they are going to dispatch. But he will send me an email. Guess what- still nothing after that. He said they will send out the order the same day or next morning. It is now afternoon. No communication from them, no order update. Very disappointed!

The manager who assisted me seem to be arrogant and short on just a email or a straight answer. A manager S.Jansen first i thought he may have issues however it just appears that his work is just too much for him to attend 2. There were lovely gentleman who assisted me to the best of there ability one is named Dominique and the other gentleman by the name of Sitih. Thank you guys we need more of the 2of you. Unfortunately i cannot say the same for your manager he needs customer service training dont make promises to a customer and do not stick to it. Very dissipointed in you S.Jansen. I wish that a different manager assists me further.
