Aimx taking money out of my account years after cancelling the contract.

Years ago we had a very bad experience with Aimx. We eventually got it cancelled. It was an uphill battle to get it cancelled. I wrote several bad reviews about Aimx on Hello Peter but Aimx always had the bad reviews that people posted taken down. The last two months, out of the blue, they have been debuting my account. I tried several times to call the office number. The number did not exist. I made contact with William, the guy that does the training. Explained what was going on. And asked him to arrange for someone from the office to contact me as the office number isn't working in which he acknowledged that it wasn't working. No one from Aimx has called me. I have been sending emails back and forth to Aimx asking why they are taking money from my account. They first rep**** with a copy and paste email saying I have a contract with them. I rep**** explaining the situation again and that I didn't have a new contract with Aimx. Then they rep**** with 'I am not on their system ' and again refused to make contact with me. If I am not on your system why are you taking money from my account? Why is Aimx afraid to make contact with people? Is it because you are guilty of something or have something to hide? Just the fact that your office landline doesn't exist and Aimx keeps having poor reviews removed are huge red flags. If they offered the service they promise they wouldn't have so many bad reviews and they wouldn't have to keep putting out fires all over the place.
