No after sale service from Aircon Direct
It's disappointing that I have to leave a second review expressing my dissatisfaction with Aircon Direct's after-sales service. Five months ago, I experienced a gas leak due to poor workmanship, which took weeks to resolve. Now, the issue has resurfaced, and despite my attempts to follow up, the company has failed to meet expectations. No one has been sent to fix the units, even though the issue was reported at the beginning of February. I was initially told it would be addressed during the week of February 10th, but I never received any updates. I strongly advise against using this company.

No after sale service from Aircon Direct
It's disappointing that I have to leave a second review expressing my dissatisfaction with Aircon Direct's after-sales service. Company refuses to refund money for non delivery of goods
Bought and paid for an aircon 29 December. Received no notification. Asked for a refund and was told manager will look into it. I sent proof of payment and a person named Leezel told me the money was received and I can request a refund which I will receive in 5-7 working days. I keep on getting the runaround or simply no response to my queries. Can anyone please advise me how to get my money back from these useless people. I am at my wits end. Please don't waste your hard earned money on such ***** people.

bad business -its a ****ming business.
They gave me a quotation after i paid R40500.00 they promised to deliver since last year november 24th 2024 till to date 04/02/2025 they never delivered my two airconditioners.all they do is lie about delivering.i even had to get a lawyer to send them a letter of demand they still never called or refunded me.****** this company.Dont dare buy from them

They gave me a quotation after i paid R40500.00 they promised to deliver since last year november 24th 2024 till to date 04/02/2025 they never delivered my two airconditioners.all they do is lie about delivering.i even had to get a lawyer to send them a letter of demand they still never called or refunded me.****** this company.Dont dare buy from them

Very bad service and Incomplete installation
Very bad after sales service. I bought a aircon in December they didn't have the unit I wanted but phoned me and said they had a AEG unit that they can install they would just send the wifi-card the next week the truck is on the way. It is end of January they first just kept giving me excuses and now they do not answer my messages.

Shaddy business practices
Ordered a battery and inverter on 05 Dec. Online portal does not show stock on hand, and once payment has been made only will AC Direct inform you that they have no stock. Tried cancelling order, and the request was ignored. How they're still in business given their conduct and other Customer's reviews, beats me. Avoid at all cost

Run a million miles
Terrible Terrible, spike to James advised they are just supplier and know very little about the Daikon AC they supp****. If the supplier tells you they know nothing about the product they supply and it becomes clear they don’t give a **** about customers take your wallet and run a million miles

While their pre-installation service is excellent, and they work hard to lure clients with promises of free services and top-notch support, the quality of their aircon units leaves much to be desired. My unit didn’t even last four months before it became completely dysfunctional. What’s worse, the “free service” they use as a selling point requires you to practically beg and plead for assistance. Post-installation, they pressure customers to leave positive reviews, clearly aiming to deceive other unsuspecting potential clients. If you’re looking for quality units that can at least function reliably for six months before requiring servicing, this is not the company for you. To make matters worse, their attitude towards black customers is appalling and deeply disrespectful. My experience with them has been disappointing on every level, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone. Avoid this company if you value quality, respect, and professionalism.
