I initially had a good vision experience with Aircon Direct when they installed my first air conditioning system in March 2024, which is why I chose to use them again. Unfortunately, my second experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The second installation took place on 17 December 2024. I made immediate payment at 18h30, yet the team stayed until past 20h00, despite initially stating on WhatsApp that the job would take only 45 minutes. Upon my return from vacation on 24 December, I discovered several issues: Air conditioners not blowing cold air. Indoor units misaligned. Additional holes left in the ceiling. I contacted them multiple times (2, 3, 6, 8 January 2025) before finally receiving a response on 9 January from Chantel, promising that the team would arrive that day or the next—they never showed up. After more follow-ups, the team finally arrived on 13 January. They checked the gas levels and made some adjustments. 30 minutes after they left, water started leaking from my ceiling and onto my cupboards. I reported the issue immediately, and they came back for another repair—yet on 3 February, the same leaking problem reoccurred. After escalating the matter and involving my lawyer, the company responded stating that they "do not guarantee water pipes in the ceiling"—something that was never disclosed in the quotation or invoice. They promised an inspection on 7 February, but once again, no one showed up. In addition to this I also left my contact details so the owner could get in touch with me regarding the issue, however he made no contact whatsoever. Chantal refuses to provide me with the owners contact details. Now, I am left with a damaged ceiling and cupboards, and the company is refusing to take responsibility. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I trusted this company based on my first experience, but their lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and failure to stand behind their service have made it clear that I will never use them again. I strongly advise others to avoid this company if you want reliable service and proper accountability.

The owner of Aircon Direct in Springs took matters into his own hands stole my bakkie and cleaned out my workshop and all of this with a matter that has nothing to do with him ,where in your life do you go to another business and take matters into your own hands with things that has got nothing to do with you also went and threatened my wife and child at my house and is fabricating stories to make himself look innocent I would really want to ask if there is anyone who he mistreated the same way to please contact me Tracker and Saps recovered my bakkie in Vereeniging today a case of theft and ************ has been opened if there is anyone else that would like to add something please do so he is very sly and a has no consideration for whatever he does to other people my workshop is closed due to his activities and he loaded everything without any concent causing a lot of financial damage and not to mention the emotional mental strain it has on my family any info please Whatsapp me on 0620745252
