********* and Unprofessional Service from Aircon Master

We contracted Aircon Master to install two air conditioners based on an on-site quote that we approved and paid in full. After completing the installation, the installer demanded extra payment for materials that were never discussed or approved in advance.

It appears he intentionally excluded these additional materials from his quote to secure approval, only to add the costs afterwards. When we asked for time to review the matter with our management, he ********ly disconnected the aircons without notice.

This behaviour is ********* and contrary to the Consumer Protection Act. I strongly advise others to be cautious and ensure all terms are clearly detailed in writing before agreeing to any work with Aircon Master.
