On the 6th of September I placed an order worth R1685.84 and on the 28 I receive a notification from my bank saying I will receive R244 refund from Airydress I thought 1 of the item I ordered they did not have it,when I made enquiries they said full amount was refunded but sadly I only received R244 and I never asked for refund I was waiting for my order I am yet to receive an explanation as to from whom only God knows.

Review should actually be "no star".. Crooks! I purchased 2 pairs of shoes and tracked the goods. Then Buffalo, who's suppose to deliver the goods, sent me an sms that I'm due to pay them for customs duty and taxes. I emailed Airydress and we corresponded back and forth 3 times. I clearly submitted facts that there was no mention of further costs and I'm not paying a cent more: they can pay Buffalo directly or refund me in full and keep the goods. After my last reply, I simply received a return email stating that the message could not be delivered as it's a permanent error. I retried a day later. Same problem. Then I tried to submit my message directly on Airydress. Message won't upload and there is no record of any of my previous correspondence with them. I'm unable to correspond with them at all. They have my money, they have not delivered the goods and I don't trust them to make any further payments.

I suspect this business, located in China, also functions under other names like Rosewe. The images and dresses are identical. The product descriptions are inaccurate, outright lies in some cases. I ordered a cotton dress specifically because I cannot wear polyester. The dress that came was indeed polyester, not cotton, poorly sewn with threads hanging out and a gaping hole in a bodice seam where the fabric was sliced. There were no pockets, though indicated in product writeup. To return it, I was directed to a warehouse in the US though the dress came from Canada. To return to the US would cost more than the refund is worth. Instead of returning, I was offered 70% refund credit or 50% refund. But I am out the shipping charge which was more than 50% the cost of the dress. So basically, they offer the shipping charge as refund and I can keep the dress, which is trash. Save your money. Save yourself the disappointment and disgust.

What a load of cheap Chinese rubbish! I imagine the original product depicted on their website is quite lovely, but what I received was nothing remotely similar. Is it even worth the effort of returning it? I guess that is how they make their money.....

I placed two order from Airyclothing on the 06/4 & 07/04 and immidiatly i chatted which the agent to please combine my order and refund me part of the shipping which she send an email to the account department and told me they will send me an email. Till today i received noting from them which i am not going to get my shipping refund because my orders is on shipped status, and every time i chat with the agent they tell me i must check my email, There service is sucking and taking advantage of their customer.

I placed an order and paid. Instantly got a confirmation email and a tracking number and notice of despatch the next day. However, I still have not received my order! Their supposed customer service form never gets responded to, the tracking system is total nonsense and their seems to be no way to actually get hold of anyone. All automated online FAQ's but no contact details and they never respond. Never buy from them, it's fraudulent and blatant thievery!!
