Philly Cheese-Mistake

I recently visited Akhals at Ormonde opposite McDonald's, and I ordered the Philly Cheese-steak sandwich. Regrettably, they messed it up at a level I can hardly describe. To start with, they use cheese slices, the prepackaged, processed kind. The meat is cut into slivers and has almost no taste, and the peppers are practically raw. I told the lady I wasn't happy, but she dismissed me out of hand, hence this review. Having searched for Akhals, I note 11 reviews on this platform, 7 of which were negative, and that speaks volumes.
