Possible ****mers

I did apply for a loan from them. They requested an upfront fee which I have paid. After paying that they came up with a second payment request which was never discussed with me on the start. I then cancelled and requested a refund which was promised to me on the 9th of July 2024. Only today the 21st of August 2024 they came back to me and said the company manager refuse to refund because I didn't pay the second payment. I am a pensioner and can't afford losing money the way I did with them. Very unorthodox and and truly can't be trusted.
