Not accepting your booking if you purchased a deal

I purchased a deal on wikideals. Prior to making the booking, I confirmed that they had availability. Sadly, 2 months later, they 'lost' my booking, and was not willing to help because we purchased the deal on wikideals. First they said that they do not have availability, and later that they are 'renovating the cottages'. Following this incident, I have noticed that several people have made complaints about them not accepting the deals purchased. The lady who helped me, was extremely rude, raising her voice at me over the phone, and informing me that 'I should not be making my problem hers', and that 'she is on holiday herself, and will not be dealing with me during her holiday'. Sadly, I would not go there, and I would not recommend anybody else to purchase a deal for this accomodation.
