Absolutely disgusting service. *They had advertised a Comfortline Polo TSI as a Highline. *The vehicle had no service history yet the manager had insisted that the services were up to date with VW. Only to realise the last service was not done at all. They offered to do the service. *The car had aftermarket parts which according to them they were not aware of. *After a driving the car back home about 150km from the dealership, there were noises from the exhaust only to realise all the aftermarket downpipe bolts were loose. Brackets were missing on the exhaust. *Car had a warning light on which they said VW will sort out as the car has a balance of warranty. They advertised the car to have a balance of 3 months or 32000km warranty. Only to realise there was no warranty on the car. *After 3 months of using the car very rarely and driving it very calmly, the battery gave up on the car - this was said to be a brand new battery. *Up until today they have no answers and they asked us to get our lawyers involved, they are putting the entire blame on their marketting guy who advertised the car incorrectly. Which i feel is a load of nonsense as there has to be a dealer principal in charge to authorise things like this. Their salesmen even have no words for them. They do not help and push you to go to the lawyer. Just a heads up to all who purchase from them, take note of EVERYTHING they say to you and make sure their cars are good before leaving. They lie and cheat their way out of something they have caused, putting the strain on the consumer to carry the burden for 5 years.
