Terrible Installation and Shocking Customer Service
This is literally one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with! Their service is shocking from shoddy installation to dealing with the owner who is extremely arrogant. They take no responsibility for any of their technician's faults. Stay Away!!

Excellent Service
I was at first abit sceptical about ordering online as I couldn't get review from this company but am very pleased to say I'm thankful for the great service and fast delivery that I have received from them

Excellent Service

Poor Service
Would not recommend using them for any servicing of aircons. Usual stuff that is included in major services are charged separately without advising the customer prior to doing this. Our Louver was also broken during the service, which was replaced but apparently they could not find one for our model, but we did accept it even though it doesn't look 100%. Would just advise any customer to shop around as their are much better options with regards to value for money.

So impressed with AlAir Air conditioning
I was told Alair Airconditioning is reliable and efficient so I called them in for a quote. They were the only company who quoted quickly (the other two I called didn't bother). Alair came on time today to do the installation. They worked quickly and cleanly, vacuumed when they were finished. I really was extremely impressed and will recommend them to anyone asking me for an air conditioning company.
