My last accident was over 18 years ago, so I was totally amazed at the professionalism and fantastic service I received from Alberante ARC Alberton. They kept me informed every step of the way, every time my car moved to a different section, I was informed right up to the day my car was ready for pick up. They were very professional, very courteous and a special mention to Sam for keeping me informed every step of the way. What a lovely lady, she was fantastic to work with.

The service was first-rate right away; I was informed of the status of my car's repair as it was happening, and the repair and spray paint jobs were flawless. Vehicle appears to be new. Excellent work, folks, and many thanks to Marelize.

Service was excellent from the start, I was kept update with progress on the repair of my vehicle and the repair work and spray paint was immaculate. Car looks brand new. Awesome service guys

I took my car in for a minor bumper bashing. Having had a poor experience with them in the past I asked that they ensure the work be up to standard. I knew they would live up to their reputation. My insurer insisted that I use a BMW approved repairer and was not allowed to use a repairer of my choice. I told them that there was mechical issues with the suspension and they should have it checked before starting any repairs. They obviously knew better and now they are unable to get it repaired under the claim. In the meantime I now need to rent a vehicle, pay the installments, pay the insurance premiums and no car. Poor service. I have requested that all roleplayers Outsurance, Alberante, BMW meet me at the vehicle to find a resolution because it seems noone gives a damn or it is purely incompetence.

Worst possible service ever- My car has been with this repairer since the 14th of February today is the 28th of March and I received zero service - I am very unhappy- I don't have a car , my car hire has been exceeded with insurers and this is truly annoying- on Friday the 25th I received notification that my car would be ready- today Monday 28th when I am supposed to get my car - I am being told after painting and assembling that my car is back in repairs for a fan that broke sounds like you don't know what you are doing if people are breaking car parts-I am inconvenienced and no one will even pick up the phone to call me - I need my car

20/12/2021 gets paid to fix a kia gear box over 30 days. leaks gear box oil after taking it back to them for the same reason get sent from pillar to post. they in a rush to close for Christmas. they take the car to kia Boksburg and say its my reasonability to collect it. and they have no interest to check if work was done probably saying its up 2 me now if I want to take my car from kia. they are closed. refusing to give me a letter stating the car is fixed up to manufacture warrantee. or standards. worst service ever from the work shop manager top the owners that refuse to answer your calls and threaten you by saying its your car ball in your court......

i have been a client with Miway for over 10 years and i am disgusted at the service that we receive from Miway and Alberton ARC that they use as a repair centre. our vehicle went in for hail damae and the car was driven in, we received it back from alberton ARC half repaired,window washer jet broken and grab handles missing. car went back a week later to get that fixed and the ignition is now broken and the car undrivable. Bridget escalated after a few phone calls and got called by Jenine who is apparently in charge of claims.we had to call her back after she did not return our calls just to get told they are not fixing the ignition which was broken while at Alberton ARC and we now need to get a flatbed to collect the car which we drove into the place. if you are a client of Miway i would advise ypu to rethink that decision. i will be cancelling my policies with you seeing that you receive your car back in a worse condition than it went it to your repair centres.if there is a newspaper that would like to cover this story you can let me know. and by the way, there is many complaints about cars coming back more damamged from the said repair centre.
