Non-returnable
I have ordered a wrong item and it was delivered, then when I asked for it to return it, they said yes and the courier came and took it back, but after 2 weeks it was returned back to me and I tried to call them to ask them why, but there was no response or answer.

Worst Experience
Alex Bender Disappoints me hard! I Placed my order in December 22nd. Only received and order confirmation email and i have beeeeen waiting. They have not sent my order instead they don’t respond to emails, answer calls or respond to whatsapp. I tried following the link on my email and it also doesn’t exist. Horrible experience and most likely a **** company. Thought i would trust them but🤬

This is a **** website. Ordered an item listed as In Stock. After almost 1 month it has still not shipped. Tried contacting them on all support channels and they do not respond. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews here, those are most likely ****. The names used all follow a similar pattern that is very different to the names for people leaving 1 star reviews.

Placed an order in December. Spent over R700. They have not sent my order. They don’t respond to emails answer calls or respond to whatsapp. Horrible experience and most likely a **** company

Not Happy at ALL
The support is very bad I sent emails, called, WhatsApp no response but they still update their Facebook, I used all communication methods and no reply on either of them, I have more orders which I need to do with them and I am scared that they will blue tick me like they doing now, I am highly considering to order directly from www.sunsky-online.com
