Consolidate Debt Review

I was looking for a company to help me to consolidate my debt,to find out they put me on debt review and they sign on my behalf and I didn't give them permission to sign on my behalf this is *****.They want me to pay them R2000 before they can remove me from Debt Review and I don't have that money So can someone assist me please
