Do not use their services. Real ***boys

We had a Wendy built for my mum. But there are so many issues. There is no insulation under the floors and there are spaces in between the floorboards that are letting the cold air in. There are a few week spots on the floor where anyone can easily step through it. We have spoken to the company several times but have not heard anything back from them yet. This is unacceptable.
