Please do not use this guy, i basically have the same issues, did not finish the house, left a complete mess, rubble live wires no cocs for anything, no kitchen, no cupboards in the bedroom, unfinished bathroom, when you try calling nothing , then a message that he has under quoted on the job and needs more money, we have paid up to the 95% that was on his quote. This guy is an absolute ********, please , please do not use this guy.
