ALL AIR COMPRESSOR CC - BAD REVIEW

We had some compressor & air work that need to be done,

Derek the owner has given us really good prices, but unfortunately did not complete the work promised on the time promised.

He didn't answer is phone for days after the initial install, we even asked if we should fetch him with no response thereafter. After answering he made excuse of transport and illness & reacted in a hostile manner with no promise of the work being done.

We then received an email stating that the work will be done at his convenience , with no sign of his swearing or hostile nature.

His conduct over the phone is completely hostile and constantly swears without any communication or any chance to speak, we had to cut the call on two occasions.

His constant swearing and rude manner is completely unethical & we fear he may scam other local businesses in the same manner, this isn't the type of conduct local business should accept in South Africa and it is sad that he shows no sign of remorse or any business ethics.

We have asked him to refund the labor in hope to not deal with him again
