Hit and Run

I was approaching the stop sign on the summit road towards the blue hills, the driver of All Bulk company hit me from behind damaging my vehicle back light and the bumper, when I stopped trying to talk to him, he drove off, I followed him and he opened his window and started swearing at me,

I have reported the matter to his company, they have since called and asked that i send through quotaions for repairs which i did the following day, now they are no longer respoding to my emails or answering any of my calls

I am stuck with a damaged vehicle that i am not able to fix
