All Hire & All Core KZN Drilling - Unethical & Pathetic, DO NOT USE THEM

Do not use this company! They are greedy & unethical - we were overcharged for a day upon returning items to the company. The attendant who overcharged - acknowledged & advised that the accounts manager - Trish would have the matter amended & the amount reimbursed. After over 2 month later and numerous times of the attendant telling us that the refund is being processed with no action; we requested contact details of the person in charge & was given Trish's email address who is in charge of this department - extremely arrogant & obnoxious person; who then calls a supervisor, Amith on the phone who did not handle the matter to justify her not honoring the refund on the overcharge. Best advise is go around the corner to Coastal Hire instead of this unethical company.
