We took our car to All in One to overall our car's enjin in August 2015. We paid R10 000. A month afterwards we took it back for the check up. In October the car started to leak oil. We took the car back again. They assured us the fixed the problem. We had a long awaited for holiday December. Assured we drove to our destination just to have a break down outside Oudtshoorn. We towed the car to a mechanic who showed us that the parts where not fastened properly and and that caused the pulley to break. My husband immediately phoned them they said they will pay for it. They insisted on buying the parts from their supplier of choice. Now two weeks later after many promises they finally made the payments and the mechanic can fix the car but it is three days before Christmas and the parts will only be there in a weeks time so we will be going home without showing my son the beach because we had no means of transport. Linda put the phone down in my ear refusing to listen to my complaint. We are stuck in another town with no means of transport and no holiday. Their service is unprofessional and pathetic. Why did they take almost 2 weeks to order the parts? Our holiday is ruined.
