Disappointed by services

The security at the gate of melody estate in noordwyk Midrand says it doesn’t open for Ubers, yes I do understand but I have a 10 month old what happens when I’m travelling with while my apartment is at the far end? He also shares my personal information saying I was drunk with Uber drivers when he does decide to open and also advances me which makes me feel uncomfortable.
