Harassment

I am a owner at Stone Gate estate (Centurion) complex name is Cerise. Today I was teaching online when my neighbor passed me to drop her bag in the bin, came back up and yelled that I am making a noise. She then called the security and they came and harassed me through my gate in my private space.In the past, I a laid numerous complaints against the neighbor listening to music 5am to 8am in the morning and All is well came to my door and gave me the fines of making a noise, they could clearly hear it was from next door. Today they came again and they harassed me while I was teaching online.
