Useless service and zero regard for residents!

The security is for decoration and not for residents.

Zero accountability and instead blaming the residents.

An incident happened at the West End Complex were the perpetrator lifted wipers of cars in 2 blocks RIGHT NEXT TO THE SECURITY GATE but there is no evidence or report back, and after following up numerous times the Manager believes that as a resident I am fabricating that my wiper was damaged and I must prove that before this event it was in good condition, because should have taken a photo a day before as I am fortune teller of what was to happen in my car the following day!

I have zero trust in this company, I really had a high regard for them but after this, they are just for show and not to serve the people.

Not once did I receive an apology instead it was arrogance and shifting responsibility.
