Unprofessional and incompetent security guard

Security guard is rude and shouts at customers for no reason. What started as a normal couple ordering an Uber, ended in a huge altercation between the security guard, our driver and my husband. The guard refused to listen to his own colleague. Clearly he has not been trained to talk to people properly.
